Tired Muscles Aromatherapy Recipe

Here is a quick pick-me-up recipe for you to apply when your muscles are feeling tired and sore. 

4  drops of rosemary essential oil

5 drops of peppermint essential oil

4 drops of ginger essential oil

Add the drops to 1 Tablespoon of coldpressed almond or grapeseed oil. Apply the blend to affected areas of the body.

To get you started here are some quality pure essential oils .
