Uses & Facts:


Warm My Cold Hands and Feet Blend

Use this blend as a massage oil for your hands and feet to get the circulation going!

2 drops Ginger essential oil

3 drops Black Pepper essential oil

5 drops Lavender essential oil

Add one ounce of grapeseed oil and mix both essential oils and grapeseed together and massage into hands and feet.  Better yet, after you make the blend find a willing participant to massage your hands and feet for you!

Cold and Flu Blend

2 drops Ginger essential oil

3 drops Thyme essential oil

7 drops Eucalyptus essential oil

This can be used as a diffuser blend in your home to dispel germs.  You can also use this as a massage blend and rub on the chest to ease cold and flu congestion.  To use as a massage blend add the above drops to one ounce of grapeseed oil and blend together.

Autumn Home Diffuser Blend

3 drops Ginger essential oil

4 drops Cinnamon essential oil

5 drops Orange essential oil

Place oils in a diffuser or nebulizer, add water and enjoy the scent of autumn in your home naturally!
